Our Nurture No 2 Bath Salts combine Epsom and Pink Himalayan salts with our aromatherapy blend, Begin No 1. An uplifting and mind cleansing blend of Geranium, Frankincense and Petitgrain 100% Essential Oils. Hand blended and mixed by us to help your nourish and nurture your body and mind, add these salts to a bath in the morning or later on in the day to remind yourself that you are important, that you matter and are loved. This wonderful smaller sized bottle of our Bath Salts make the perfect gift.  Easily absorbed into your skin, Himalayan Salt is a wonderful detoxifier and the magnesium in the Epsom Salts helps to relieve stress and relax your body.

How to use:

Sprinkle a handful of Bath Salts into warm water as you run your bath. Leave to dissolve, sink back and enjoy the benefits.

Combine with our Nurture No 2 Candle and Diffuser Blend to nurture your mind. 

Please note that our Bath Salts do settle in the bottle, and may give the appearance of the bottle not being full. We take great care to weigh and measure each product individually to ensure that you receive the correct amount of Bath Salts in every bottle.
