1. Wet hands with clean warm water and apply a generous amount of liquid soap to palms.

2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Be sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

3. Scrub for 30 seconds using a nail brush if necessary.

4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water and dry.

5. Apply a small amount of Nathalie Bond Skin Balm.
